Who we are?
The Greater Central Valley Chapter covers the area from Merced to Bakersfield. Presently, we have three active groups: Fresno, Armona/Hanford and Bakersfield that met recently. Our chapter have agreed to help out with the cur-rent AUP Cafeteria Building project until this is completed. The one in charge of this project is Mr. Oemer Daquila who was happy to know about our chosen project. We submitted $1500 to him this year. Our biggest donors were Godofredo and Lilibeth Miranda of Bakersfield. We thank all our mem-bers for supporting this project. May God bless us all and our beloved AUP.

Feeding The Homeless Ministry (Meals on Wheels)
The New Year 2021 has brought new hope and challenges to the members of Greater Central Valley AWESNA Chapter. With the events pointing to the nearness of Christ coming our members have been involved in Bible studies via zoom technology twice a week, doing GLOW (Giving Light to the World) ministry, involvement in daily prayer sessions which have brought about many answered prayers, visitation ministry for the elderly and the sick, meals and wheels ministry for the homeless spearheaded by Ferdinand and Dahlia Ignacio, and some members like the Esposos have chosen to support needy students to attend AUP as well as Pastor Pangan volunteering to help to anyone in need. I do ap-preciate our members who are active in doing service for God.
